Questions
More often than not, there will be a few questions you might have that many other people have also thought to ask! If you can't find the answer here, please pop me a message and I'll get back to you ASAP.
How it works..

Choose your keepsake - browse the keepsakes we offer on our website store, don't forget to check out the sizes, colours and optional extras!

Decide which month you would like your keepsake made and enter it during checkout. See FAQ 1 for more information.

Order your Keepsakes - simply add them to your cart with any important information and select 'Checkout'.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive confirmation with the address you need to send your items to.

Package up your clothing items and send them to me by the 1st of your chosen month.

Once I have received your clothing I can begin working on your keepsake.

Keep an eye out for any updates on your keepsake on our Social media (if you do not want footage of your keepsake on Social media, please let me know).

Once finished, I will send your Keepsake back to you, including any left over fabric by the end of your chosen month.

Please leave a review of your keepsake and share us with your friends and family!

When will my keepsake be made?
All keepsake orders are made on a monthly basis. During the order process you will need to enter which month you wish to have your keepsake made. To ensure I can manage turn around times effectively, I must receive your clothing by the 1st of that month, and your keepsake will be returned to you by the end of the month.
For example - you wish to have your keepsake by 15th April. You will need to enter 'March' for your keepsake month, send me the clothing by March 1st, and your keepsake will be returned to you by March 31st.
If you need your order by a specific date, but cannot get the clothing to me by the 1st of that month, please contact me directly before ordering so I can do my best to help.

If the month you wish to select is not showing, it is either fully booked, or not yet released. Please contact me directly if this is the case, or choose another month.

What do I need to send for my Keepsake?
Each keepsake requires a different amount of items to make them. Please read the item description for full details but here is a rough guide.

Hoodies and sweatshirts - 1+ items of newborn or larger.
Bears and other animals - 6+ items of newborn or larger. 1-2 for adult clothing.
Cushions - 4+ items of newborn or larger.
Quilts and blankets
Cuddle - 8+ items of newborn or larger.
Cot - 18+ items of newborn or larger.
Single - 40+ items of newborn or larger.
Double - 55+ items of newborn or larger.

Please note that not all fabric is suitable for making a keepsake, and particularly being embroidered upon. Please contact me if you have any thicker (such as denim, leather or embroidered fabrics), or thinner items of clothing you would like included so I can check suitability before you send them.

If you are hoping to get a keepsake made, or an added extra but cannot find it on my page please contact me! I'm always open to requests and love expanding my range when I can!
